Whole Wheat Quick Bread

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Buttermilk 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In mixing bowl stir together whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Combine beaten egg, buttermilk, honey, and butter or margarine.
Add to dry ingredients; stir just till moistened.
Fold in walnuts and raisins.
Turn into greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350° till done, 55 to 60 minutes.
Remove from pan; cool on rack.
