Cherry Pecan Quick Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Egg nog 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Butter 6 Tablespoon, melted
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cut up candied red cherries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and nutmeg.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs, eggnog, butter and vanilla.
Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fold in pecans and cherries.
Transfer to a greased 9-in.x 5-in.x 3-in. loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan to a wire rack.
