Short Bread

Ingredients
  Flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cornflour 2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  Powdered sugar 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Sift together flour, cornflour and baking powder.
Cream together butter and 2 tablespoons sugar in a bowl.
Add flour mixture and remaining sugar.
If necessary add a few drops cold water.
Pat the mixture in an ungreased pan or pie plate; prick all over.
Chill.
Bake in 150°C to 165°C oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cut into pieces when slightly cool.
Top each piece with some fruits and cream.
