Olive Nut Bread

Ingredients
  Sifted all purpose flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beaten egg 1
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced stuffed green olives 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Broken california walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in mixing bowl.
Combine egg and milk; add flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Stir in green olives and walnuts.
Turn batter into a greased 8 x 1/2 -inch round baking pan and bake in moderate oven (350°) for about 45 minutes or till done.
Remove from pan and cool on rack.
