|Bread slices||10 (freshly make the crumbs)|
|Cumin seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mustard seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Green chilies||2 Medium, slit|
|Turmeric powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chilli powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Coriander powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
In a bowl mix bread crumbs with salt,coriander powder,chili powder, suger and keep it aside.
heat oil in a deep dish.
add musterd seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves and let it crackle.
now add onion and green chilies.
when the onion is cooked it will be tanslucent.
now add tomatoes if you are using.( u can additionaly add vegetales like peas,potatoes).
after its done ,add the bread crumbs mixture and mix all the contents in the pan well
now add lemon juice and let it stand for a minute or two.
garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
