Bread upma is a dish made with fresh breadcrumbs.its a good way to use bread with a twist which is nearing its expiry date and you want to use it as soon as possible.
  Bread slices 10 (freshly make the crumbs)
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Green chilies 2 Medium, slit
  Tomato 1 Small
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon

In a bowl mix bread crumbs with salt,coriander powder,chili powder, suger and keep it aside.
heat oil in a deep dish.
add musterd seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves and let it crackle.
now add onion and green chilies.
when the onion is cooked it will be tanslucent.
now add tomatoes if you are using.( u can additionaly add vegetales like peas,potatoes).
after its done ,add the bread crumbs mixture and mix all the contents in the pan well
now add lemon juice and let it stand for a minute or two.
garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
