Simple Crackling Bread

  Meal 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Soak cracklings in a small amount of hot water, mash cracklings, add a little salt and combine with the meal; make into a pone, put in hot oven near top of unit, and brown.
Then put on bottom rack and let bake until done or add cracklings to ready-prepared corn-bread mix; bake in square biscuit pan.
