Cranberry Orange Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely cut
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely shredded orange peel 1 Teaspoon
  Beaten egg 1
  Orange juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In large bowl, stir together dry ingredients; stir in cranberries, nuts, and orange peel.
Combine egg, orange juice, and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened.
Bake in greased 8x4x2-inch loaf pan in 350° oven 60 minutes or till done.
