Non Fat Christmas Wreaths

Ingredients
  Low fat margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Smart Beat, Weight Watchers Extra Light Low-Fat Margarine)
  Marshmallows 30 Large
  Green food coloring 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Cornflakes cereal 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Red hot cinnamon candy 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Spray saucepan with non-fat cooking spray.
Melt marshmallows with Smart Beat margarine over low heat, stirring constantly, about 6 minutes.
Remove from heat and whisk in food coloring and vanilla.
Stir in cornflakes to coat them.
Keep mixture warm by placing saucepan in large pot or skillet filled with hot water.
Replace water as it cools.
Working quickly so mixture doesn't harden, use two spoons sprayed with non-fat cooking spray or spray it on your fingers, to drop small (1 heaping Tbs.) mounds of cornflake mixture onto waxed paper.
With lightly sprayed fingers, quickly form mounds into wreaths with holes in the centers.
Immediately while wreaths are sticky, decorate with candies.
When wreaths dry, they may be strung with ribbons as tree ornaments.
Store in airtight container.
These will keep for one month for eating and indefinitely for ornaments.
This is a fun project to share with the kids during the holidays.
The wreaths are also a tasty low-fat treat that the kids will enjoy
