Layered Whole Grain Bread

  Butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Margarine 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chervil 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chives 4 Tablespoon, chopped
  Onion 1 Small
  Black olives 10
  Tomato paste 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Emmenthal cheese 1⁄2 Ounce, grated
  Curry powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Saffron 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ripe avocado 1
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
  Sprouted wheat bread 1 Pound

Cream the butter, margarine, salt, ptepper and 4 oz. of the cream cheese.
Incorporate the chervil and 2 tbs. of the chives and divide the mixture in half.
Peel and chop the onion.
Pit and finely chop the olives.
Combine the chopped ingredients, tomato paste, another 2 oz. of cream cheese, and the paprika with half the cream mixture.
To the other half, add the Emmenthaler cheese, the curry and the saffron.
Mash the avocado and mix with the lemon juice, pepper, Tabasco, remaining chives and 2 oz. of cream cheese.
Stand the bread on end and cut lengthwise into 4 slices.
Spread the bottom slice with the tomato cheese; lay the next one on top and spread with the curry cheese; the next with the avocado cheese, and top with the last slice of bread.
