Burgundy And Apple Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Applesauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Burgundy wine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Sift flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt together.
In medium mixing bowl, combine applesauce, butter, egg and burgundy wine.
Add flour mixture and stir until blended.
Grease a 9-inch round glass deep pie dish.
Fill with batter.
Microwave at high (10) 5 to 7 minutes.
Cool 15 to 20 minutes.
