Orange Nut Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Finely shredded orange peel 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Finely shredded lemon peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, salt, and soda.
Combine egg, orange peel, orange juice, lemon peel, lemon juice, and oil.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened.
Fold in nuts.
Turn into greased 8x4x2-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350° till done, 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan.
Cool thoroughly.
Wrap and store overnight before slicing
