Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon, rind 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Egg yolk 1
Directions

Mix flour, sugar, rind, and vanilla.
Add butter and egg yolk.
Chill 1 hour or more.
Roll out thin and line cake pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 400°F.
Set aside.
