Colorful Black Bread Cubes

  Softened cream cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Whipping cream 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Worcestershire sauce 4 Dash (Several Dashes)
  Fresh parsley 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Fresh chives 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Fresh dill 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato paste 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Black bread slices 4
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Lettuce leaves 4 (Several Leaves Required)

Using a wire whisk beat the cream cheese with the cream until smooth.
Flavor the cheese mixture with the salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Divide it into three parts.
Mix the chopped herbs and lemon juice with one third of the cream cheese.
Mix the paprika, cayenne pepper and tomato paste with the second third.
Butter the slices of bread and spread each of the slices with a different-colored layer of cream cheese.
Stack them on top of each other, and top with another slice of bread.
Wrap and chill 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Cut the bread into four cubes with a sharp knife.
Wash and pat the lettuce leaves dry.
Arrange the cubes of bread with the lettuce on a serving plate.
