Applesauce Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Applesauce 250 Milliliter (Canned Or Fresh, 1 Cup)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 150 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)
  All purpose flour 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Vegetable oil 75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Quick-cooking rolled oats 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Seedless raisins 200 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Assemble Mixer.
In large mixer bowl, mix all ingredients at LOW until well combined.
Pour into a well-greased 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 5/8-inch (22x11x7 cm) loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
