Applesauce Oatmeal Bread
|Applesauce||250 Milliliter (Canned Or Fresh, 1 Cup)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||150 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)|
|All purpose flour||375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Vegetable oil||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Quick-cooking rolled oats||375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Seedless raisins||200 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In large mixer bowl, mix all ingredients at LOW until well combined.
Pour into a well-greased 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 5/8-inch (22x11x7 cm) loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
