Cheesy Crab Bread

Ingredients
  Butter 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, chopped (125 Gram)
  Canned crabmeat 5 Ounce, drained (142 Gram)
  White sauce 300 Milliliter, heated (1 1/4 Cups)
  White bread slices 10 , toasted
  Grated emmental cheese 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Tabasco sauce 2 Drop (Few Drops Required)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat butter in saucepan.
Cook onion and mushrooms 2 to 3 minutes over medium-high heat; season well and add Tabasco sauce.
Mix in crabmeat, season and pour in white sauce.
Cook 2 minutes over medium heat.
Spoon mixture over toast, top with cheese and broil 2 minutes in oven.
