Cheesy Crab Bread
|Butter||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Mushrooms||1⁄4 Pound, chopped (125 Gram)|
|Canned crabmeat||5 Ounce, drained (142 Gram)|
|White sauce||300 Milliliter, heated (1 1/4 Cups)|
|White bread slices||10 , toasted|
|Grated emmental cheese||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Tabasco sauce||2 Drop (Few Drops Required)|
Heat butter in saucepan.
Cook onion and mushrooms 2 to 3 minutes over medium-high heat; season well and add Tabasco sauce.
Mix in crabmeat, season and pour in white sauce.
Cook 2 minutes over medium heat.
Spoon mixture over toast, top with cheese and broil 2 minutes in oven.
