Applesauce Nut Bread

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Applesauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Directions

Beat egg, add applesauce and oil.
Combine dry ingredients and nuts and add to applesauce mixture.
Stir just until blended.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Cool and sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
