  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

Mix together and put in greased loaf pan.
Bake 60-70 minutes at 350°.
Test for doneness with toothpick.
