Seasoned Butter Log
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Basil||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed (dried)|
Blend together softened butter, braunschweiger, lemon juice, and basil.
Shape into a 4-inch log on waxed paper.
Roll log in paprika to coat.
Chill till firm.
Slice butter log and serve with grilled steaks.
