Vegetable Sandwich Spread
|Carrots||2 , peeled|
|Green pepper||1 Small|
|Sprouted lentils||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Put carrots, green pepper, lentils, celery and radishes through fine blade of meat grinder.
Squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix with cream cheese, salt, pepper and enough mayonnaise to make a spreadable mixture.
Use on whole wheat bread or small rolls.
