Whole Wheat Bread With Lox

Ingredients
  Long white radish/Daikon 1
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh chives 1 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cucumber 1⁄2
  Whole wheat bread slice 4
  Soft butter 2 Tablespoon
  Lox slice 16 Ounce (Four 4 Ounce Slices)
  Dill stalks 2 (Use Fresh)
Directions

Peel and grate the radish; season with salt, pepper and chives.
Whip the cream and fold in the radishes.
Peel and thinly slice the cucumber.
Lightly butter the bread, then cover with slices of cucumber.
Put a dollop of the radish-cream mixture on the cucumber slices and lay a mound of lox on each sandwich.
Decorate with a sprig of dill.
