Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 6
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White bread slices 8 , toasted and buttered
  Cooked ham slices 4 (Armour Star)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook onion and green pepper in butter 5 minutes, or until tender.
Spread evenly in 8-inch square baking dish.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour over onion and green pepper.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
Cut in quarters.' For each serving, top 1 slice bread with 1 egg square, 1 slice ham, and 1 slice bread.
