Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , well-beaten
  Buttermilk 3 Tablespoon
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sifted flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bananas 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cream butter with sugar in electric mixer on low speed.
Add eggs, buttermilk, soda, baking powder, salt and flour, a little at a time until blended.
Add bananas to the batter along with the nuts.
Pour into an 8x5x3-inch bread pan which has been lined with foil.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
Freezes nicely.
