Ingredients
  Flour 3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Soda 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4 , well-beaten
  Wesson oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nuts 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped
  Canned pumpkin 20 Ounce (1 Can, 1 Pound 4 Ounce)
  Mincemeat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (None Such)
Directions

Combine dry ingredients.
Blend in eggs, oil, nuts, pumpkin and mincemeat.
Pour into greased and floured 3 1/2x7 1/2 bread pans.
Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
Cool in pans on racks for 30 minutes.
Keep 24 hours before slicing.
Can be frozen.
