|Barley flour/Rye flour / 1 cup of each flour||2 Cup (32 tbs), unsifted|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Evaporated milk/Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder until well blended.
Stir in milk and melted butter until a smooth dough forms.
Turn dough out onto a well-buttered baking sheet and, with flour-dusted hands, pat dough out to make a circle; about 14 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick.
Prick all over with a fork.
Bake in a 450° oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
