Ingredients
  Barley flour/Rye flour / 1 cup of each flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), unsifted
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Evaporated milk/Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder until well blended.
Stir in milk and melted butter until a smooth dough forms.
Turn dough out onto a well-buttered baking sheet and, with flour-dusted hands, pat dough out to make a circle; about 14 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick.
Prick all over with a fork.
Bake in a 450° oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
