Banana Rice Bread

Ingredients
  Rice flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Tablespoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed (2 to 3)
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2. Sift the rice flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together. Beat together the honey, oil, and egg yolks and stir the flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk into the oil mixture.
3. Stir in the banana. Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry and fold into the batter. Pour into an oiled 9 by 5 by 3 inch loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
