  Warm water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Whole-wheat flour 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Bran 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Shortening 1 Tablespoon
Directions
