|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped/pressed|
|Kosher salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1.Preheat oven to325°F.
2. Combine the olive oil, garlic, and salt in a large bowl and add the croutons. Toss lightly to coat. Place croutons on a cookie sheet in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until lighdy golden.
3. The croutons should be cooled and used immediately.
