Steamed Boston Bread

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dark raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Buttermilk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

In mixing bowl combine all ingredients, blending well.
Pour half the mixture (1 1/2 cups) into 2 cup measure with wax paper in bottom.
Cover with plastic wrap to steam.
Microwave medium (50%) 6-8 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
Rest 5-10 minutes.
Invert; cool to slice easier.
Microwave remaining batter.
