Natural Sandwich Spread

  Homemade mayonnaise 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped dill pickle 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped sweet red pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Mixed italian herbs 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon

1. In a medium-sized bowl combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, dill pickle, celery, red pepper, parsley, herbs, scallions, and soy sauce. Mix well.
2. Mix the turmeric with the lemon juice and add to mayonnaise mixture. Cover and chill.
