Olive Chip Snack Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour/Self rising flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Ripe olives 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Buttermilk pancake mix 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Hungry Jack)
  Caraway seed 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Potato chips 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
Directions

For topping, combine flour, cheese, eggs, butter, onion, Worcestershire sauce and olives; blend well.
Blend pancake mix, caraway seed and water; stir until a soft dough forms.
Spread in greased 15x10 inch jelly roll pan.
Spoon topping mixture over dough, spreading to cover.
Sprinkle with potato chips.
Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 min utes until browned.
Cut into pieces
