Olive Chip Snack Bread
|All purpose flour/Self rising flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Ripe olives||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Buttermilk pancake mix||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Hungry Jack)|
|Caraway seed||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Potato chips||1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed|
For topping, combine flour, cheese, eggs, butter, onion, Worcestershire sauce and olives; blend well.
Blend pancake mix, caraway seed and water; stir until a soft dough forms.
Spread in greased 15x10 inch jelly roll pan.
Spoon topping mixture over dough, spreading to cover.
Sprinkle with potato chips.
Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 min utes until browned.
Cut into pieces
