Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
|White cake mix||18 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Box Without Pudding)|
|Instant lemon pudding mix||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Warm water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Poppy seeds||4 Teaspoon|
In a mixing bowl, combine the cake and pudding mixes, eggs, water and oil; beat until well mixed.
Fold in poppy seeds.
Pour into two greased 9-in.x 5-in.x 3-in.loaf pans.
Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until bread tests done.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
