Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 3 Teaspoon
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour 2 bread pans.
Beat eggs and add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
Mix well.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to zucchini mixture.
Pour into prepared pans.
Bake approximately 1 hour.
