Walnut & Banana Bread

Ingredients
  Soft margarine 150 Gram (1/2 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Packed brown sugar 160 Gram (3/4 Cup)
  Eggs 3
  Bananas 3
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 275 Gram (2 Cups)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped walnuts 100 Gram (1 Cup)
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
Directions

In a medium bowl, cream margarine and sugar until pale and fluffy.
Beat in eggs.
Peel bananas; mash with a fork, or process in a blender.
Stir banana pulp and vanilla into creamed mixture.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and walnuts.
Fold into creamed mixture with milk.
Turn batter into greased loaf pan; smooth the surface.
Bake 1-1/4 hours or until a skewer inserted in center comes out clean.
Turn out loaf onto a rack to cool.
