Pineapple Nut Bread

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, softened
  Eggs 2
  Packed brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Macadamia nuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a mixing bowl, beat butter, eggs and brown sugar.
Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and nuts; stir half into egg mixture.
Add pineapple, then remaining flour mixture.
Pour into a greased 8-in.x 4-in.x 2-in.loaf pan.
Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over loa|f.
Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until bread tests done.
Cool on a wire rack.
