Moist Banana Bread

Ingredients
  Banana 3 (very ripe)
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 180 Milliliter (3/4 cup)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) (500 ml)
  Salt 2 Milliliter (1/2 teaspoon)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon (5 ml)
  Nuts 125 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 cup)
Directions

–  Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
–  In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add eggs and beat until foamy.
–  In a separate bowl, sift dry ingredients. Fold into foamy mixture and add nuts.
–  Lightly grease a 4 x 8 1/2 in (10 x 21 cm) loaf pan. Pour in batter and bake for 1 hour.
