Cool Rise Holiday Bread

This Coolrise Holiday Bread is a rage for most of my holidays. This bread with candied fruit and nuts is a sure to cast its spell on you. Try this yeasted sweet bake . Feel free to discuss about this Coolrise Holiday Bread with me here.
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Unsalted butter 3 Tablespoon
  Active dry yeast 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Warm water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

1 Heat milk, sugar, salt, and butter to warm (105°-115°F).
2 Dissolve yeast in warm water. Set aside for 5 minutes. Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, milk mixture, egg, and yeast mixture. Mix thoroughly. Add candied fruit and nuts.
3 Add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth€”about 10 minutes.
4 Cover; let rise in warm place until double€”about 1 hour.
5 Punch down dough. Shape into loaf and place in greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Cover pan loosely with plastic wrap and damp towel.
6 Refrigerate 2€”24 hours. When ready to bake, remove from refrigerator and take off towel and plastic wrap. Let stand 10 minutes.
7 Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 30 minutes or until done. Cool on wire rack.
