Basic Bread Crumb Stuffing

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Celery leaves 1 , chopped
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Poultry seasoning/Sage 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Stale bread cubes/Crumbs 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Water/Milk/giblet broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Saute the onion and celery in the butter until tender but not brown.
2. Combine the seasonings and the bread crumbs, toss together with the onion mixture and, if a moist dressing is desired, add enough liquid to barely moisten crumbs.
