Chop the macadamia nuts.
In a large bowl combine 500 g of flour, yeast, 2 tbsp of salt, 50 g of
sesame, macadamia nuts, 50 g of oatmeal and 50 g of canned corn mix that and add 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, and 2 cups of warm water and mix that up.
Put the dough in loaf pan and put in warm place to rise for 20-30 minutes.
Put the bread in cold oven. Turn on 200°C and leave it for 1 hour.
