Banana Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  Bananas 2 , sliced
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  White bread slices 6
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Toss the banana slices with the lemon juice; set aside.
Trim crusts from bread, if desired.
Spread slices with butter.
Cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Arrange half of the bread in 10x6x2 inch baking dish; top with half of the banana slices.
Repeat with remaining bread and banana slices.
Combine sugars cinnamon, and nutmeg; set aside 2 tablespoons for topping.
Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, and remaining sugar spice mixture.
Pour over bread and bananas.
Sprinkle reserved 2 tablespoons sugar spice mixture over top.
Set baking dish in shallow baking pan on oven rack; pour hot water around the dish in pan to depth of 1 inch.
Bake at 350° till knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
