Flapjacks is a delicious oats pancake that is surprisingly quiet delicious! It is not only great for those who are trying to keep to their diet but also for those who need to cook up a nutritive and filling breakfast in minutes! Go ahead and enjoy the Flapjacks!
Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (For Greasing)
  Soft margarine 6 Tablespoon
  Dark brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Rolled oats 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

1 Grease a 20cm/8 inch pie dish.
2 Put the margarine, sugar and syrup into a 1.75 litre/3 pint (7 1/2 cup) ovenproof glass mixing bowl. Microwave on full power for 1 1/2 minutes.
3 Add the oats, stirring them to coat them well.
4 Press oat mixture into the prepared pie dish.
5 Microwave on power 5 for 8 minutes, giving the dish a half turn, twice, during cooking.
6 Cool for 10 minutes, then mark into fingers.
7 When cold, remove from the dish.
