Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
  Yeast envelope 1
  Lukewarm water 7 Tablespoon
  Milk 5 Tablespoon
  Molasses 1 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
Butter a 9 x 5 inch (23 x 13 cm) loaf pan.
Set aside.
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water.
Add milk and molasses.
Let stand 10 minutes.
In a second bowl, mix remaining ingredients, except butter.
Fold into diluted yeast.
Knead lightly.
Add butter.
Knead 5 minutes.
Let rise 1 hour.
Punch down dough.
Pour into loaf pan.
Let dough rise to top of pan.
Sprinkle with 1 tsp (5 mL) flour.
Bake in oven 20-30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Let cool 10 minutes before unmolding.
