The Poppy Seed & Walnut Bread sounded interesting from when I heard it. This Poppy Seed & Walnut Bread had a great texture and I keep making it again and again. Nuts in them look great!
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 415 Milliliter (1 3/4 Cup)
  Buckwheat flour 295 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cups, Light / Whole)
  Granulated sugar 480 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Baking soda 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (8 Milliliter)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)
  Vegetable oil 355 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Eggs 4 , lightly beaten
  Milk 355 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Poppy seed filling 10 Ounce (1 Jar / 300 Gram, Prepared)
  Finely chopped apples 480 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Chopped walnuts 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Sift first 5 ingredients into large mixing bowl.
Beat in oil, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Stir in poppy seed filling, apples and walnuts.
Divide batter evenly among 2 5x9-inch pans.
Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out cleajn, about 50 minutes.
Cool in pans about 5 minutes, then remove.
Delicious warm or at room temperature.
