  Brown sugar/3/4 cup/ 180 milliliter honey 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Butter/120 milliliter 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Ripe bananas 2 , mashed
  Organic whole wheat flour 480 Milliliter (2 Cup)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)
  Oatmeal 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Sunflower seeds/Chopped walnuts 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)

Cream together sugar, butter and eggs.
Add bananas.
In separate bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder and soda.
Add to banana mixture.
Add oatmeal and nuts and mix well.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 8-inch bread pans.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 50-60 minutes.
