Cranberry Bread

I abandoned the traditional "family bread" we used to make for this one. My kids ask for this Cranberry Bread on most of the days. Get ready to make it often!
  Whole wheat flour 480 Milliliter (2 Cup)
  Non-alum baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (8 Milliliter)
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Non-fat instant milk powder 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Orange 1 , juiced
  Safflower oil 30 Milliliter, unrefined (30 Milliliter)
  Water 180 Milliliter (Enough Hot A To Bring About The Volume Of Liquid)
  Raw honey 180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Egg replacer/Egg beaten 1
  Chopped walnuts 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Grated orange rind 15 Milliliter (15 Milliliter)
  Raw cranberries 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)

Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and milk powder.
Mix the orange juice, oil and water.
Add the honey and egg to the liquid.
Stir the liquid ingredients into the dry mixture.
Add the nuts, optional orange rind and berries and fold together.
Pour into an oiled loaf pan.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Cool on rack.
