Amberwaves Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
  Active dry yeast 30 Milliliter (30 Milliliter)
  Warm water 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Skim milk 240 Milliliter, scalded and cooled (1 Cup)
  Vitamin c 500 Milligram, crushed
  Honey 80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Oil 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Whole wheat flour 5 1⁄2 Cup (88 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve yeast in water.
Add milk, vitamin C, honey, oil, salt, eggs and 2 1/2 cups flour.
Mix with electric hand beater for 3-4 minutes.
Cover and let rise until doubled.
It will be sticky and spongy.
Mix in 3 cups flour and knead by hand until smooth.
Cover and let rise until doubled.
Punch down and shape into 2 loaves.
Place in greased, warm 7 1/2x3 1/2x2 1/2-inch pans and let rise until loaves are 5 3/4 inches high.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes.
Bread is done when it sounds hollow when tapped.
Remove from pans immediately and cool on racks.
