Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
  Cake yeast 1 , soaked 1/2 hour in 1/2 cup water
  Bread flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Brown sugar/Molasses 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Butter/Shortening 1 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Water to make very soft sponge.
Let rise until double in bulk.
Punch down and add more whole wheat flour or bran or 1 cup cooked oatmeal to make soft dough.
Put in pan to rise until a finger mark stays in.
Cook 3/4 to 1 hour at 350° F.
