This Whole Wheat-Corn Bread really goes well for any time of the day. You can cook up this Whole Wheat-Corn Bread in a jiffy. It is well worth your time!
|Cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs) (240ml)|
|Organic whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (240ml)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon (15 ml)|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (5 ml)|
|Honey||60 Milliliter (1/2 cup)|
|Oil||120 Milliliter (1/2 cup)|
|Skim milk||240 Milliliter (1 cup)|
Heat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Mix together first 4 dry ingredients.
Add rest of ingredients.
Beat vigorously for 2 minutes.
Pour into greased 8-inch square pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
