New Easy 7-Grain Bread

Ingredients
  Boiling water 355 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)
  Cereal 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Dry yeast 2 Tablespoon (2 Packages)
  Warm water 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Canola oil 90 Milliliter (6 Tablespoon)
  Egg replacer/2 eggs, beaten 120 Milliliter, beaten (1/2 Cup)
  Whole wheat flour 1 Liter (5 1/2 Cup)
  Honey 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Sea salt 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
Directions

Pour boiling water over cereal in large mixing bowl.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
When cereal is lukewarm, add yeast and all remaining ingredients except 3 cups flour.
Beat vigorously for 2 minutes.
Work in remaining flour.
Divide dough in half and spread into bottoms of two oiled loaf pans.
Let rise until doubled and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35-45 minutes.
