Quick Bread Mix
|All purpose flour||5 Cup (80 tbs), sifted|
|Nonfat dry milk powder||9 Tablespoon (About 3/4 Cup Plus 3 Tablespoons)|
|Sugar||6 Tablespoon (1/2 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoon)|
|Baking powder||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Unsalted margarine||5 Tablespoon|
Sift the flour with the dry milk powder, sugar, and baking powder 3 times; place in a large mixing bowl.
Use a pastry blender or fork to cut in the margarine until the mixture has the texture of coarse meal.
Transfer to a 1/2 gallon jar, cover tightly, and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
