Ingredients
  Creamy yogurt spread 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Minced parsley/Basil/dill/combination 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1 ln a small bowl, stir together the yogurt spread, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper until well blended.
Coverwith plastic food wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour
