Garlic Herb Sandwich Spread
|Creamy yogurt spread||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Minced parsley/Basil/dill/combination||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1 ln a small bowl, stir together the yogurt spread, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper until well blended.
Coverwith plastic food wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour
